Otto M. Budig Family Foundation Kite Fest (Airwaves) Address: Voice of America Park, 8070 Tylersville Rd., West Chester, OH (just north of Cincinnati). Time: 12pm-5pm both days. Directions: Interstate 75 North, exit 22, east on Tylersville Rd., 3/4 mile to Cox Rd., left on Cox to entrance. On-site parking only for participants arriving by 11am and staying until 5pm; parking pass required. All others will park off site at the medical facility located on Cox Rd.
